- This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

- Shipping costs to Bird Gard for warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shipping costs from Bird Gard back to the purchaser will be covered by Bird Gard.
- Repairs or replacements will be provided at Bird Gard’s discretion, using new or refurbished parts of equal quality.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

Claim Process
- Contact Bird Gard at support@birdgard.com or call 1-888-555-1234 to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Ship the product to Bird Gard’s designated service center, securely packaged, at your expense.
- Bird Gard will assess the claim and repair or replace the product within 14 business days of receipt.
- Return shipping will be provided via standard ground service at no cost to you.
Limitations
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, property damage).
- Warranty coverage is valid only within the United States.
